Our community-based mentors are the backbone of our interventions, reaching the most remote and underserved areas. They identify at-risk and highly marginalized youth, offering a comprehensive package of hands-on, soft, and technical skills.
These mentors also oversee and support revolving fund groups while delivering last-mile financial literacy training. They provide ongoing mentorship, career guidance, and academic support helping underprivileged youth build agency, improve academic outcomes, and transition into productive livelihoods
We identify proactive and passionate youth in education and vocational fields and train them to become mentors for underprivileged young people. These mentors guide out-of-school adolescents and young women, helping them navigate education, skills development, and livelihood opportunities.Through personalized support, mentorship, and practical guidance, these young leaders transfer knowledge and skills, build confidence, and inspire change in their communities to ensure youth are skilled and productive.
We believe that lasting impact is built through collaboration. We are always looking to connect with like-minded organizations, institutions, & communities who share our commitment to improve education & employment outcomes amongst youth in Uganda
