Design and implement youth-centered programs that address education gaps, economic marginalization, and social vulnerability.
Uganda’s school dropout rate continues to rise, and youth stagnation has steadily increased over the past decade projected to double by 2030. A growing number of young people are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), limiting their potential and weakening the country’s socio-economic fabric.
We chart meaningful pathways for youth both those who complete and those who drop out of the formal education system helping them transition into productive livelihoods. Our mentorship model integrates education, skills development, and financial inclusion, equipping young people with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to improve their education and employment outcomes
Our education-focused projects aim to improve access, retention, and transition for underprivileged and marginalized youth especially girls
Youth are trained on how to compete for academic opportunities, including scholarships, bursaries, and university admissions
Upskilling youth & creating inclusive economic opportunities through vocational training, financial inclusion, & entrepreneurship
We believe that lasting impact is built through collaboration. We are always looking to connect with like-minded organizations, institutions, & communities who share our commitment to improve education & employment outcomes amongst youth in Uganda
