Helping students transition with purpose.
In Uganda, many students drop off the education path at key transition points, often due to lack of guidance, exposure and resources. The Ability Online Career Program helps students at the end of the high school education journey to transition confidently into new opportunities. We provide an 8-month digital program that equips young people with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to navigate their next steps whether it’s further education, skills training, or career development. What the Program Offers
Hope for Girls identifies adolescent girls who have dropped out of school and helps them rediscover purpose through vocational training and mentorship. We assess each girl’s passion and match her with a mentor working in a similar vocation such as tailoring, baking, hairdressing, or crafts for a one year hands-on mentorship experience
